Every Flying Frog coffee is available only while the lot lasts. Once it is gone, it is gone — we celebrate single harvests rather than permanent blends.
Roasted light in Amsterdam on electric machines running on 100% green energy, from a named producer — Carmenza Monsalve & Guillermo Álvarez. How we choose
№ 01
Frog Facts
- Washed · Rum Barrel Post-Processing — The fruit is removed before drying, leaving the variety and the soil to speak — cleaner, more transparent, more acidic.
- Aged three months in oak rum barrels — turned by hand every single day. The barrels come from the farm's own cooperage in Caldas; the farm came out of the cooperage, not the other way round.
- Castillo: 23 years of breeding at Cenicafé before it was released in 2005.

The Story
Carmenza Monsalve & Guillermo Álvarez,
Finca La Primavera.
Carmenza Monsalve and her husband, Guillermo Álvarez, started this coffee together. Today Carmenza runs it: at Finca La Primavera in Caldas, she decides which lot goes into which barrel, when it goes into the oak and when it comes out.

made for this coffee.
