We roast first, then pack.
Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for an order. Your bags are roasted in the next small batch and packed the same day, which means most orders leave within two working days. The roast date is printed on every bag, so you can plan the rest rather than guess it.
You will receive a tracking link when the parcel is handed over. Amsterdam deliveries are brought by bike and we write ahead to agree a window.

You have fourteen days to change your mind under EU law. Unopened bags in their original condition can be returned; opened bags cannot, because coffee is a fresh food.
If something arrived damaged, incomplete or not as described, send us a photo and we will replace it or refund it — your choice — at our expense.
