Surprise
A one-off, unnamed until it lands
Every so often we roast something just for the curious — a single micro-lot whose name and origin stay hidden until the bag is open.

Where to start
Every coffee starts at 200 g. Price follows what the lot cost us at the farm — the El Salvador collection sits at one price, the Colombian lots a little above it. Choose by flavour first.
Every Flying Frog coffee is available only while the lot lasts. Once it is gone, it is gone — we celebrate single harvests rather than permanent blends.
Next step
Ratios, grind, water and timing for filter, espresso and cold brew — written for the light roasts on this shelf.
