Every Flying Frog coffee is available only while the lot lasts. Once it is gone, it is gone — we celebrate single harvests rather than permanent blends.
Roasted light in Amsterdam on electric machines running on 100% green energy, from a named producer — Rodolfo Ruffatti. How we choose
№ 01
Frog Facts
- Natural · 96h orange-juice fermentation — The cherry dries whole in the sun, so the fruit sugars stay with the bean — sweeter, heavier, more berry-like.
- Grown at 1500 to 1600 masl, where cherries ripen slowly and concentrate sugar.
- Original artwork, painted for this release — a share of every bag returns to the artist.

The Story
Rodolfo Ruffatti,
Finca El Salvador.
OJ OJ is a Bourbon placed in fresh Salvadoran orange juice. It fermented in the juice for 96 hours, then was drained and dried as a natural on raised beds.
